We try our best to accept as many insurance plans as possible, but some plans restrict who you can see in-network. It’s not possible to have a complete list, as there are 1000’s of insurance plans, but we know of these plans we’re not in network with: Molina Healthcare, United Health Care’s Medicare Solutions plan, AARP Medicare Complete, AARP Medicare Complete Secure Horizons Plan, Secure Horizons by United Healthcare, Evercare by United Healthcare, and other AARP Medicare Plans from United Healthcare.
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, please call our billing office at 937-534-0155 for more information. Some may offer you choices, but many have HMO’s.
